Thank you Chris and all for your wonderful service to our car on December 20, 2012. You examined it to find out why it was pulling to the left and discovered that the wheel alignment equipment was working well. You explained that shifting the tires to different locations would safely handle the problem. And you took the time to explain in clear detail exactly why all of this was true. You even gave me a loaner car while the work was being done. All of this is impressive and wonderful to a person who has lived in New York, New York for decades.
